Mahesh Rajan is of counsel to the firm. He received his law degree from Seton Hall School of Law in 2003. Mahesh is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars. He also received his M.B.A. from Seton Hall in 2003. He is a graduate of Boston University where he obtained a B.A. in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Operations Management.
Mahesh is also a licensed mortgage banker, real estate agent and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Additionally, Mahesh was the former vice-president of the New Jersey chapter of the South Asian Lawyers Association. He practices all areas of law but primarily concentrates in commercial transactions, civil litigation and family law.
