Be Careful on the Roads this Halloween

As traffic defense attorneys we see lots of tickets issued on Halloween. Careless driving 39:4-97, using a cell phone while driving 39:4-97.3 and speeding 39:4-98 are all offenses that can lead to disaster with extra children on the road trick or treating. According to the recent Wall Path article “The Wall Township Police Department will be conducting high-visibility neighborhood patrols with a proactive community policing presence to assure the safety of trick-or-treaters and all residents,” Wall Police Capt. Greg Carpino said. If you received any tickets or need advice please contact us at 732-223-8480. Happy Halloween!
