Manchester NJ Lawyer Bob Novy is sentenced to 10-Years in Prison

Manchester, NJ solo lawyer Robert Novy aged 67 was recently sentenced by Ocean County Judge Collins 10 years in prison for stealing millions from his elderly clients.
The defendant was represented by Gerald Krovatin, Esq, and prosecuted by Deputy Attorneys General Peter Gallagher and William Conlow.
The deal also requires Novy to surrender his New Jersey law license and pay a $500,000 penalty.
Novy was an elder law attorney who also hosted a radio program called “Inside the Law,” on WOBM in Lakewood.
